23.04.2010: Finnish survey: Cocomms the most reliable and best performing agency
Cocomms was the best Finnish communications agency in reliability, performance, knowledge of the customer’s branch of business, and project management. In the overall results, Cocomms came second. This was the finding of the annual image survey made by Markkinointi&Mainonta, the biggest marketing news magazine in Finland.
In the survey, made by Corporate Image, Cocomms got the highest points in reliability, performance, and knowledge of the customer’s branch of business. The agency came also first in project management.
“We are extremely happy with these results; we have succeeded particularly well in those areas, which are of utmost importance to us,” says Tarja Virmala, Managing Director of Cocomms.
Open answers given in the survey suggest that communications agencies in general fare best in professional skills, expertise, and know-how. According to the survey, the area Cocomms needs to develop most is creativity, and the agency’s customer references are not known to the respondents.
The survey covered 10 communications agencies. The first place went to Miltton; Hill & Knowlton came third.
